Process & Payment

How does the process begin?

We begin with a phone or WhatsApp discussion, followed by an on-site visit to understand your space and requirements.

What happens after the site visit?

After the site visit, we create AI visualizations, refine the design, prepare the budget, and confirm the agreement.

How are payments scheduled?

Payments are divided into four milestones: 25% after agreement, 25% before procurement, 40% for contractor scheduling, and 10% at handover.

What does project execution include?

We coordinate materials, vendors, scheduling, electrical work, lighting, plumbing, furniture, appliances, security, HVAC, and finishing.

Is repair support included?

Yes. Every completed project includes three months of on-site repair support after handover.
